Our
family of breads is special!
Galata's bread roll is being produced for 50 years
now and it is famous for its tastiness.
Galata's village bread, with its yeast and aromatic
flavours, gives its own special note to our everyday table.
Barley bread. Best for healthy, Mediterranean-style
nourishment and for a proper diet.
The traditional whole meal bread, made of authentic
whole meal flour that is produced in our own Water Mill, is
rich in fibres because of keeping the entire bran. It stands
out for its taste and aroma.
